He explained the home refinancing process very well. I believe there were gaps in between the process where the process could have been faster and smoother.
I was skeptical at first because this deal was over the phone but Phillip did an excellent job answering all my questions and explaining all the process and the company policies
He got me a loan when nobody else could!Even Phil turned me down, but called me back with theplan to have a cosigner and it worked! All the options (FHA, conventional, etc.) were explained and recommendations were made.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Very helpful and answered all the questions so avoided all the anxiety of the process. Saved me lot of time as he dealt with the real estate agents and title company directly.
