I had a very difficul loan and he worked over and beyond to close it.
I recently closed on a co-op thanks to Philip! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding everything you’d want to know. Always quick to respond, detailed, and answered any questions I had. He was a true pleasure to work with!
