Phil was always available to give me advice on the loan and help step in when the underwriters were not making sense. I felt Phil had my best interest in mind and wasn't just going for the sale.

Communication breakdown between the title company and the notary resulted in having to reclose the loan, making it another month before everything was completely finalized.
