would like more information on process before being asked to sign things
Philip was very easy to work with, he was quick to answer all of my questions and concerns. He made the process go very smoothly, and helped to ease my stress with buying a home.

Poor customer focus, horrible communication between team too much chaos no follow up
Phil was great to work with! He responded quickly to any questions or concerns , and he even got us an updated preapproval letter on a Sunday morning when he was sick with the flu! It was also really nice of him to come to the closing In person...
