    They charge you for Insurance on property that you do not own, even when you cancel in writing. When you catch them, they are unwilling to reimburse the entire amount. They did it on both Homeowner and Auto policies. Not a very trustworthy...

    Made several mistakes! My car plate was revoked when they knew my car was registered over in MA and the agent blamed me at the end!! My home policy almost got canceled as well and they didn’t do anything! Lack of knowledge! Don’t use them!!...
