Overall a good expereince. We knew we had a complicate loan since we are self employed but Peter had set that expectation that underwriters are notoriously hard to please. The communication through the process made all the difference.

There was a fair amount of work in finding an underwriter who would cover us, and some unconventional work issues, but they handled it great.
Everything was smooth, efficient, and exactly what I needed. Great service with real attention to detail.
Very good in guiding, helping and explaining my client every step of the way to meet their goal with the best deal.
Really appreciate the knowledge of the VA process!
Particularly appreciate finding a way to refi based on assets and not income.
