A few more words: Personal touch (No menu slelections to listen very carefully to - a direct line of communication. Accessible; available; knowledgable.
We were never in fear of not getting the loan. Pete walked us through ever step and was honest about what we should expect. He was there for every question we had and touched base with us throughout the process.
