Peter communicated often. I was not thrilled with all that was asked by underwriters. Much trivial and duplicate matters, not taking in personal wealth and ability to actually pay loan.
Peter and his team and efficient, friendly and worked diligently to ensure that i recievedvthe best interest rate and closed escrow as soon as possible.
