It was a pleasure to work with such a knowledgeable Loan Officer - he made it so much easier for me as the Realtor working with clients moving here from out of town . Will definitely refer him to other Buyers.

We could have been updated more often on the progress of the loan. Near the end there was an issue with underwriting which I the buyers agent was not notified directly, and Perry did not help to resolve.
Perry saved me money on closing costs and closed quick and efficiently.
Perry at Dart Bank had lower rate and closing costs then the competition. I look forward to working with you again.

Perry and team made the process very easy. not sure if Perry sleeps but you can call him anytime and he was there to support. We were also in a rush to close and Perry was able to push to have clear to close in 8 days. Incredible experience....
