Over all experience was wonderful.
Great service, very responsive and helpful.
Nowhere in the process didi I feel like I had anything to worry about.
Communication could’ve been better from Paul’s staff (not Paul himself, he was great). There were some confusion between them, I was outreaching to someone that was no longer part of the team. I emailed a lot of duplicate documents.
Paul and his team went out of their way to make this a great first home buying experience. They were always available to answer and worked beyond normal interactions to improve the loan rate through credit score improvement recommendations.
