Good communication and timely service.
Always a pleasure to work with Pau & his team!
Paul was great, but those who did NOT work in the office were a pain! we hated that we had to go through others at the office to communicate actual paperwork. not fun!
Paul was on everything throughout the process. Kept us informed and explained each step so we understood what was happening. He was quick to respond to all inquiries and always did so with a great attitude.
Fewer email tugs to sign something immediately.
Paul Volpe is simply the best!!!
Paul is always very responsive and helpful. I never felt "out of the loop". I love that LSU's are sent frequently without being asked, it lets me and my clients know things are moving in the right direction :)
Everything went great.
Paul helped me with everything I needed.
Paul was so helpful in getting everything done and explaining the ins and outs of the loan process. He even went above and beyond the call of duty to talk with my soon to be former spouse to help move things along. Definitely would recommend!...
