While there was a mix-up at the end over the exact amount of closing costs, my understanding is that it was the fault of the Title Company, not the loan company or real estate agent.
Paul is extremely knowledgeable, works efficiently and diligently, and communicates right away. He made it so I could immediately trust him and have confidence that he was making the best possible options for me.
