Everyone was very helpful
Everyone is so helpful. Even when I was having trouble with the computer Jennifer Jennifer even FaceTime me.
Paul and the team at Prosperity Home Mortgage were friendly, efficient, and very helpful when it came to buying our first home.
Paul and his entire team were extremely helpful with our first home buying experience.
Paul did not answer direct questions, wiped out all of our previous prequalification information which we had to input again. Did not give us detailed info as though he didn’t know answers. He did not notify us of his leave of absence.
I understand that the difficulty came from the buyers side. I was informed of the things I needed to complete.
Everyone I came in contact with was always nice and very helpful. If there were any questions they could not answer they would find someone who could help us with the answers. Everyone was great.
