Paul was a person I felt I could trust. He did his best to reassure me. I believe that the appraisal was a bit low for this area.
I intend to sell after the first of next year so I guess time will tell.

It took over three months to close on our reverse mortgage. This was over twice the time that it should have taken.
The home improvements I had to have done to get the reverse mortgage were tedious and, at times, ridiculous.
