Totally open communications & quick response time!
Good communication. Paul was available every time we needed him.
There was communication on everything that was going on. We received timely responses on questions. We were guided through the whole process and given many different options.
Paul and the team was knowledgeable, not pushing, and patient to explain whatever we asked, regardless of being a very basic question.
