Paul did great! Was always helpful and working even when I thought he shouldn't

Paul was great. The process itself was long and dragged out for weeks, then rushed to close at an inconvenient time for me. Having never done a refi, it never occurred to me to stop auto deducting prior to close and I am still waiting on reimbursement...
