    Communication towards closing was a little slow and we were pushed back due to unforeseen steps in the process. We expect that would have been taken into account and it was not.

    Better communication and understanding of what was going on. I felt stuck in limbo and didn’t get copies of all appraisals or reports. Felt like I was out of the loop.

    Everything was good until everything was switch over to a new officer and the paperwork need to be done again and we have to pay another months rent at our apartment

    The mortage aporoval process was easy and quick. My loan coach kept me informed every step of the way. She answered every question i had. We closed on time. I would recommend Dash for any home loans.
