Paul is very responsive. I have only one complaint and I believe it is a Bay Equity issue, not an issue with Paul. My clients tend to feel a bit abandoned once they are turned over to Jasmine once they have developed a relationship with Paul....

There were too many points of contact - confusing. We were given the amount for closing in advance; however, less than 24 hours prior to closing we received an email with a new document stating the due amount was $10,712 more than we were given....
