Robyn the processor was great with communication. Underwriting was a bit of a hassle. It would’ve been nice to know why she was asking the questions she asked so that we had a better understanding.
The communication was lacking. When I would ask questions, at times, my husband would have to forward answers to me. Responses weren’t coming to me. Also had to wait a significant amount of time for some responses.
The team is excellent. The process was smooth and timely.
