Communication was poor with the team, progress was delayed, hidden terms
Cheryl and Jasmine were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I could always reach them by text if I had any questions which made my experience much less stressful.

Pauls team sent me my closing disclosure at 5 pm the night it was due with incorrect values and expected me to sign it. I spoke with multiple lenders and mortgage bankers who advised me to not sign documents that were incorrect. Paul was unavailable...
