Very smooth process and proactive about getting the loan ready to close in advance of the closing date. Trust also meant getting the best rate without having to shop around/haggle.

The closing agent should explain in more detail how the end works, such as distributing debt checks for payoffs.
Also, debt settlement was not 100% accurate or up to date. I solved that myself.
