You and Scott took time to explain things. It had been over 30 years since I had done this.
This was a fast closing as we needed. The advice to keep our down payment to 25% was a good choice in the end. The process was relatively smooth and straight forward. Everyone on the team stayed on top of things.

The level of satisfaction I got from knowing how much I had helped someone was indescribable. It wasn’t until 1989 that I was able to get full time into residential mortgage lending. To say it’s been a rewarding career to this point is an understatement. The business has changed tremendously since I first started. Some see getting a mortgage as a daunting task. It’s my goal, for each and every client, to make it the best experience it can be and to exceed your expectations.
