Patrick Pennington

After graduating from Soquel High School, Patrick set out to find a career he'd love. In 1990 he found his passion in helping people achieve their dreams of owning their own home. He began his journey through the financial world learning everything there was to know about home loans so he could do more to help his clients. Patrick realized early on that there were a lot of loans that could have happened if someone had spent a little more time on them. He decided to be that person and began paying more attention to the minor details. As it turned out this would rocket him into a top position in the lending industry. He quickly became the man who everyone called if they wanted their loans to succeed.
