Communication and timing of things needed to complete process were right to the last minute. Some things were a little confusing and some mix ups occurred.
Patrick was always responsive and quick with his responses. His info was always accurate and to the point. Interactions were always positive and friendly. He obviously knows his business.
I had to wait to the last minute to wire the closing funds to attorney. Very stressful whereas this could have been done a week in advance. Also the mortgage company is asking to submit documents 4 days before the closing. All of this should...
