Being a first time home buyer, I was inexperienced in the whole process. Patrick was responsive and quick to return my calls when I had questions. He was pleasant and available through the whole process.
Just the overall experience
It seemed like everything was a rush and last minute. It may be easier if there was a borrower what to expect paper with a timeline as you approach closing.
