Patrick is an excellent communicator. He kept clients and myself updated at every step of the process. He also has a great sense of humor which made the process even more enjoyable!
Patrick was on point, openly communicated, and overall just pleasant. This was my third mortgage experience and easily the best.

Patrick Brooks moved to Kitsap County when he was a teenager in the late 80’s. Upon graduation he worked briefly in the field of landscape architecture and soon realized he had no passion for the work. He went to work at a local credit union utilizing his people and finance skills. This is when he realized he loved helping people. Patrick thrived in understanding people’s individual lending needs and enjoyed matching those needs with the right financial tools. In 2011, Patrick became a mortgage loan originator. He says that nothing gives him greater joy than helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership. As a result of his dedication he was voted “Best Loan Officer” in the 2014 Best of Bremerton edition.
