I personally had very little interaction with Patrick as most communication was done with my wife. It did seem to take an inordinate amount of time to process everything and get to closing, and I don't believe that's his fault.

I think it would have been a better experience if team kept constant contact with attorneys and realtor and etc.

great communication. Very understanding and approachable. Extremely thorough. Felt well informed and like he had our best interest. Wasn't car salesman like at all (vs other firms). Patrick is the best mortgage lender we've ever worked with....

Patrick and Tahirah were very responsive and communicative. When dealing with such a huge sum of money, I want to know that the people I'm working with are going to answer all of my questions in a timely manner and they definitely did that.
