Patrick (Pat) J. Nolan spent 13-years in his first career as a New Mexico State Police officer. He attained the rank of Captain prior to returning to his family's title insurance company business in Pennsylvania, for which he started a mortgage lending division in 2000. With over 30 years of title company and mortgage lending experience, Pat has the knowledge and expertise to assist homebuyers with all types of mortgage financing based upon the customer's goals. For the past 10 years Pat has specialized in doing VA purchase loan transactions all over the country. Having helped thousands of clients over his extensive career, he understands how confusing the home buying process can be and he works hard to help each client through the process smoothly. Pat currently resides in York, South Carolina with his wife, Beth of 41 years and they have three children and twelve grandchildren. Pat and Beth are active in their church and the Community Bible Study program, and especially love time at the beach with family and friends. Every morning Pat can be found walking the family dog, a Beagle / Terrier mix named Pumpkin.
