Very smooth transaction . Communication was great
Patricia is great with clients, explaining details and helping buyers obtain the right loan for their needs. She does an amazing job.

Patty was on top of all of it and navigated through some choppy waters to get our buyer to closing. Her calm demeanor and technical knowledge got us to closing- lots of other lenders would have called it quits, but we made it happen!
