Patti was good to work with, some others I had little issues with
Thr timeframe to close the refin was much Longer than expected as it took 2 months to close, also please consider change of appraiser in the future as they are not satisfactory
During the process new requirements kept coming up and more money being required for additional inspections.
Patti was super helpful and great to work with!
Kind Fast and easy to complete.
