We had problems with another lender while getting a DSCR loan, and needed to find a new lender who could close in 14 days. Parker and his team achieved this challenging feat. Communication was great. We will definitely work with Parker again...

I was representing the seller in a transaction where the buyer’s previous lender was unable to get the loan clear to close on the scheduled closing day. Parker stepped in, reviewed the file, and was able to get the buyer successfully closed...
