Better communication, more clarity, more organization. Frustrating having to send the same documents repeatedly.

This second loan was very smooth and organized compared to the first experience, especially when it came to underwriting. LOL.
Parker and her team were fantastic. She tried to jump in on our first deal in the 11th hour to help save it. While we were unable to, she and her team helped us secure another property very quickly after that.
Had to chase everyone. Poor communication and collaboration. Last minute work. People appeared not to know what they were doing.
Parker and her team are great! I will use them again for sure!
