She was through and her team was great.
I can't say enough about Parker and her entire team. I couldn't have closed on my properties without them and trust them completely. I know I'm getting the best of the best with their team from the top all the way down to the bottom.

Able to get things done with rate lock, etc. Only thing that could improve is disclosure change letter needs a description to indicate what changed exactly. Only a general description is there and you can't figure out why you are getting it...

The communication from the team as this loan transferred hands multiple times was spot on and never missed a beat. Everyone was understanding of the situation we were dealing with on the seller's side and everyone was very helpful.
