Open communication from Pam and Kaitlyn plus everyone else thru the loan progress..
The process was very smooth. All of the staff we worked with were friendly and professional. Pam made this experience pleasant for us and gave us helpful advice along the way.
Document signing process was awkward. Need a better system such as Dot Loop etc.
Pam is always on top of the process, responds quickly to inquiries, and is so personable and professional.
