She was very thorough and took the time to keep me posted along the way. They also worked with my critical timing schedule and got it all done hen it was needed. What a great team to work with.

Pam helped me whenever I needed it. I'm 73 and this entire process is cumbersome at best. You are required to have great computer skills and a lot of patience. Without Pam's help I never would've been able to complete this process.
