Best customer service and faster closing

The lender mixed up my gender and put down as ‘husband and wife’, even though they have both of our driver’s license. It took them an hour to fix it while we wait at the title office.
she often emailed "great developments" in our mortgage progress after her staff had already emailed the info a day or so before; this felt like Pam was either not keeping up or just didn't bother to update us as quickly as possible
Pam was very attentive to every question we had throughout the process. She was prompt with her responses and was very open to email or phone call to discuss anything we needed to review. She was very helpful!
