I feel like there was a lot of gray areas for us as first time homebuyers. Not knowing what has to be paid before closing or at closing throughout was very stressful. But overall got the job done and got the house so can't complain too much....

Would have been more helpful to take a first time home owners course before starting the process. That way we could have been more aware of how the prices works.
