Also, a good person, his Mother did well.
Page was there every step of the way and kept me informed of what was happening with the transaction.
The team followed up well, but the last minute clear to close was nerve racking. I think that needs to be improved and have clear to close at least a day prior to the closing. I did not have it until the last minute before closing.
