-No one from the lenders provided me wiring instructions prior to closing which delayed us from getting keys.
-Calculations for closing costs were originally 6k more and need to be changed a week before closing.
Page is easy to communicate with and makes an effort to explain everything clearly.
The communication was excellent with Page. We always received immediate responses to any questions we had.
Page is the best. He’s prompt, knowledgeable and so kind. He always takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense to me (someone not super familiar with mortgages and still learning about being a first time homeowner)
