Joe Onofre

A very quick closing and Joe got it done on time, that was huge for us. Thank you!

Seems like there was more the company could have done for us in terms of saving money but we appreciated all the information provided to us. They closed on time thankfully so that was a huge plus.

We worked through a somewhat unique scenario with Joe and he was incredibly communicative, calming, and supportive during the process. Even during natural bumps in the process, Joe ensure we were on top of things and taking care of what was...

The step by step and the continuous explanation s with examples that set joe apart from other experience I have had in the past.

Constant communication is always important during this process, and being able to get Joe on the phone at any time was awesome. I give him high marks for his guidance on the market and strategic real estate discussions.
