Olivia Smith was very unresponsive and lacks adequate communication skills. I was working with Ms. Smith and she just stop responding after receiving my loan application and personal information and I’m not sure why. She just completely disappeared....

She was very helpful and professional throughout the process. She was very patient and informative since it was our first home, we were a bit confused at times and had asked her a lot of questions. Replies right away to our emails.
