    Olivia was GREAT! She walked us through each step of the whole process. She answered any and all questions that we had, she kept us up to date as to the progress of each step and was very helpful in all matters.

    Closing terms and loan fees were not so clear. Final checks were sent by FedEx with no tracking or signature. Only found them by the door by accident.
