Olivia stayed in touch with me during all aspects of refinancing & Jennifer asked me for documentation regarding our house. My overall experience was great.
She always kept us informed and updated
Olivia explained the process and moved it along super fast!
Communication was good overall, But sometimes I needed to be informed and was not. Also was told one thing but different things came at closing and I was not happy.
