He was very helpfully during all process.
We needed a quick close as we were moving to a different city and wanted to be settled in before starting work. Philip worked great coordinating with us and the Weichert team to get everything needed to close ahead of schedule.

Phillip was quick to respond which I appreciated, but sometimes he missed small details.
Originally told we needed 45 days to close, but seller's contract needed 30 or less. Lynette set a game plan for us early and while it came down to the wire, we closed in time! Thanks!

There were a few hiccups with the loan process. As I ask questions regarding delay, it was not clearly communicated the issues. In the end it worked out, but more information would help me understand the reasons for the delays.
