No communications. Settlement was suppose to occur at 9 am and didn't occur until 4 pm without any reason why? Never received communication from Gary unless I called. No updates.
Tried to write everything that was relevant but your comments field isn't big enough. As I told Becca, if I received an offer that had a lender letter from AFN I would ask them to switch to one of my lenders or tell my sellers they'd be better...
