I do not reccomened. AnnieMac has failed to close on time multiple times. AnnieMac has made the same mistake each time. It is unacceptable.
AnniMac did not ensure their buyer signed the CD for an on-time closing. This is my third same issue with AnnieMac. This is unacceptable. Every other lender will track down their buyer to stay on time. It would be best if you did the same.
