Overall, it was a smooth process. However, right before signing the final documents, I had to pay an additional fee, which I am not happy about.
Dwayne and his team have helped us with two mortgages. Each time they have been kind, patient with all of our questions, very prompt with answers, and exceptionally easy to work with.
As Realtor for my Buyers, I was not kept in the information loop about the progress of things. I did not get to review a Preliminary CD, though I asked for one, and only was sent the Final Approved CD at the last minute.
Super easy to work with. Great communication between all parties. Helped make a stressful process less stressful! :)
