Key things that made the experience great were the overall customer service, availability and response time of the individuals working on the loan process as well as the detailed explanations of everything.
Closing very easy. The only thing that was tedious was all the paperwork. Everyone was very responsive to questions. Thanks Dwayne and Jordena.
