Taylor went to bat and got it done!
As a first time home buyer I had many questions and concerns, Taylor was extremely helpful and in a very timely manner. I felt that I was treated as a person not just another customer.
Taylor was prompt in all replies to our questions. She was also very patient with us even though we asked many many questions. Taylor was also very prompt with dealing with 3rd parties such as the builder and insurance agent as well.
From accepted offer it took almost 3 months to close-had to reset and sign the closing date twice. I don't think this was anyone's fault, it just was not a pleasant experience and very difficult to schedule move in.
