Kris is very nice and helped us into a program we didn’t even know about to get into our beautiful forever home. Without her help and our realtors help we would still be living in poor conditions trying to find a home.

Just the overall went well. It seems at times the paperwork and requesting of paperwork seemed overwhelming and repetitious.

She responded to all questions promptly and with details. She was able to explain the process step by step, in a way that didn't make it too confusing or overwhelming.
